Dalham Mill Gin Company is an independent business based in Dalham, Newmarket, UK that produces gin. They have been running since 2017 and craft their gin using their own copper reflux still in micro-batches. Each bottle is hand sealed and stamped in wax with our emblem giving every bottle its own individual touch.

The business is located at The Mill in Dalham which has a rich history dating back to the 1790s when it was built as a large, octagonal smock mill. The mill was very active during the 19th century and underwent a restoration programme between 1978 and 1985 2. The mill was later purchased in 1972 by Frank Farrow who began restoring it with grants from Suffolk County Council and the Historic Buildings Council for England.

The business owner Holly has taken inspiration from the rich history of the windmill and has created a unique gin that reflects its heritage.
